Vocord delivers Vokord Video expert in two regional Forensic centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

The Vokord company, the developer of intelligent systems of video surveillance, biometric identification and computer vision, announced on November 9, 2017 delivery of the domestic professional software product for detailed systems analysis of a photo and video content of Vokord Video expert to the largest regions of the Russian Federation.

Under the public contract of the software license "Vokord Video Expert" are delivered in two regional Forensic centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: EKTs Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Republic of Tatarstan and EKTs Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia across Khabarovsk Krai which is the basic regional center in the Far East for production of the special examinations and researches requiring complex use of the equipment, special knowledge, skills and qualification.

The software package "Vokord Video Expert" helps forensic experts with carrying out complex researches photo and videos for providing them with court as proofs. According to the federal law of 4/26/2016 No. 114-FZ digital content is evidential base on cases of administrative offenses.

According to Vocord, Vokord Video expert is the first universal Russian software product which is accepted as the certified tool for forensic experts. One of product capabilities of Vokord Video expert is the automated material processing that makes use of a product available for a wide range of experts, allowing to reduce time for conducting examination.
