Functionality

• The configured business processes
  • The solution allows to construct the correct business process by means of charts, to appoint departments or specific employees on each instance. Access to fields of forms can be configured for each instance separately.

• The configured forms
  • At the heart of each business process — the commitment form which is filled out by employees at each stage. In shape it is possible to configure all fields which will be necessary for employees at its movement on business process and also to define rules of access to fields.

• Intuitive workflow
  • The Create button allows to start the new request on business process. The section "Sent" allows to keep track of the status of request. It is possible to work on arrived to requests through the section "Entering".

• Document templates
  • The solution allows to use usual document forms. It is possible to create a template or to import the document from Microsoft Word, to print automatically created documents on the basis of a template during business process.

• History and reporting
  • Each action with the request is fixed. Always it is possible to look at time of passing of each stage of business process, the solution of each participant, including comments, work of the moderator and change of fields of the commitment form.

• Analytics
  • At any time each employee can look at statistics on the work, and heads — statistics on work of all the employees. In the module of analytics it is possible to look how many requests were created, complete, rejected, expired, etc. and also to look how these parameters changed eventually.

• Hierarchy of branches and divisions
  • It is possible to configure hierarchy of divisions and branches of any enclosure. Business processes and the rights can be appointed both to specific employees, and to the whole division.

Allows to receive all notifications directly in the messenger.
