Raiffeisenbank updated infrastructure of jobs of traders

The WEY Technology company in November, 2017 announced integration of all sources and systems necessary for the trader for operational work in the exchange and stock markets, in Raiffeisenbank — during the project on upgrade of the trading hall at the Moscow office.

The solution implemented based on the platform of distributed access from WEY allowed to integrate the numerous diverse systems and data sources in each workplace, such as: Thomson Reuters Dealing (afterwards FX Trading), Bloomberg, MOEX (MICEX +RTS), Quik, etc. The solution works at a data transmission technology under the WEY protocol providing data transmission in real time with a possibility of encapsulation in IP for transfer in the unicast and multicast mode.

Computers which were directly under a table of users were taken out in specially selected technical premises that allowed to organize comfortable working conditions of employees of trading. Communication of computers in the technical premises with the trading hall is performed at the level of interfaces of computers through the platform, on separate specially organized network segment based on the proprietary WEY protocol.

In case of need, a system allows to add quickly components (such as jobs, information sources, computers), at the same time the architecture of jobs remains the same, and scaling of a system does not require significant capital investments.

Instead of several keyboards which the user had for work with each system in a workplace one multifunctional WEY MK 06 keyboard with the special integral units and function keys is installed in the display for work with the systems of the leading suppliers of information and analytical and trade services now. Functional settings of the keyboard and the layout of keys can be changed personally depending on user requirements, providing convenience of work at implementation of daily transactions. Thanks to the intuitive interface of the keyboard, traders could get to work with a system right after its installation. Now control of all data is exercised instantly that crucially during the work in the exchange and stock markets.

Besides, a system allows to organize flexibly access rights and priorities of access not only different user groups to systems, but also in each group. For each user his access level to resources is defined. Heads have higher level, than their employees also, in connection therewith, can intercept systems management in critical situations a one click of a key on the managing console.
