160,000 employees of Bosch will be provided with communication based on Avaya Private Cloud Services

In November, 2017 the Avaya company announced cooperation increase with Bosch Group within global strategy for transition to a workplace of new generation. Avaya and Bosch companies signed the agreement for the amount of 60 million US dollars under which more than 160,000 employees of Bosch will be able to use a number of communication solutions based on Avaya Private Cloud Services (APCS) worldwide.

The five-year agreement became continuation of partnership of Avaya and Bosch and is a part of more extensive project under the name "Workplace of New Generation". It is the long-term project of Bosch which purpose — to simplify even more effective mobile work. At the same time, thanks to the solutions Avaya APCS, the Bosch company will be able to reduce total cost of ownership of voice services by 20%.

A number of services for a private cloud from Avaya company will help the central IT department of Bosch to deploy standard solutions in the companies of the Bosch group worldwide.

The contract with Avaya company will allow Bosch to implement in the future innovations through the Avaya Breeze applications and solutions for Avaya Oceana customer interaction.

Avaya Private Cloud Services create a dynamic environment for anticipatory support of new devices and applications, accelerate implementation of new applications and services, increase non-failure operation of applications and also help to reduce total cost of ownership and accelerate payback of systems.
