"BFU of Kant" implemented a system "the Galaktika ERP. Management of educational process"

On November 14, 2017 the Galaktika corporation announced system implementation "the Galaktika ERP. Management of educational process" at the Baltic federal university of Immanuel Kant.

All main directions of educational process – maintaining curricula, calculation of an academic load of departments and the faculty, maintaining personal records of students and orders on the movement of the contingent of students were step by step automated. Data migration from own previous systems included in information environment all historical data of the university.

Necessary integration of a system Galaktika with third-party information systems BFU of I. Kant – a personnel management system, the portal of a mark and rating system and testing, an electronic document management system is implemented.

For 2017 in a system about 3,000 orders on the contingent of students are created, approved and approved. Account of 2,300 curricula, a card file on 11,300 students is kept. Today in a system all structures of university involved in educational process work
