The electronic queue of NeuroniQ is set in "Serdobsky MRB of A.I. Nastin"

On November 15, 2017 the company of Technology of the Future announced system implementation of queue management of NeuroniQ in Serdobsky MRB of A.I. Nastin.

In Serdobsky interdistrict hospital of A.I. Nastin in the Penza region the intelligent system of NeuroniQ is installed.

The electronic queue set in registry of hospital on 6 jobs allows to select service on record to the specialist and also to receive the coupon on a call of the doctor on the house.

System configuration is quite standard and includes:

• Floor touch terminal of 19 inches
• Red LED board with height of characters of 59 mm

Thanks to implementation of an electronic system and replacement of processes of service of patients from the principle of "live" queue on the automated process, the management of hospital solved several problems at once. The NeuroniQ system allows not only to create comfortable conditions of acceptance of patients, but also provides the necessary information and analytical data allowing to create statistics for maintaining archive, adjustment of the working schedule of specialists, planning of structure of the organization and as result increase in the quality standards of service.
