Management system for the normative reference information (NRI) — the key instrument of structuring information flows of the holding company.

The management system of NSI provides quality check and maintaining handbook data more than in 600 qualifiers and reference books, including the following:

• structure of group for planning and budgeting;
• partners (suppliers, clients, partners);
• credit institutions (banks);
• finished goods;
• equipment and materials;

• subjects to investigation, development and operation (fields, wells, sections of fund of a subsoil, licenses, prospecting areas, productive layers, etc.);

A system also provides use of automatic services for loading of the external handbook data supported by the state organizations and other enterprises as, for example, daily currency rates, a key interest rate and refunding rates of the Central Bank of Russia, currency rates of the London exchange and the European Central Bank and so on.

All necessary data structures are described in system documentation, and in the most difficult reference books relevant data models are supported.
