The Naumen BPM software product is intended for automation and business process management of the enterprises (Business Process Management, BPM).

Naumen BPM will help:

  • structure and formalize processes of the company due to their design in the form of graphic model (the sequence of business challenges, the used data, participants, a set of their actions, etc.);
  • trace an ispolnyaemost of the automated processes on any of stages (transitions, the statuses, metrics and so forth);
  • use tools for monitoring of the course of accomplishment of processes and control of execution of tasks within the started business processes and on their basis to make changes to process activity of the company;
  • solve the non-standard problems of process automation specific to the company or certain segments of business;
  • in the presence of separate IT systems to integrate them end-to-end business processes, to reveal duplication of processes, their "narrow" places, etc.

The solution Naumen BPM automates not only processes of document flow in office-work, but also helps to provide execution of any multi-stage processes, for example, such as connection of the new subscriber at provider of communication, consideration of requests for the credit in bank, processing of customer complaints in service companies or the addresses of consumers in the field of housing and public utilities and also management of any process activity in divisions of the company or between them.

The used approach of process management allows to create and configure business processes of varying complexity and branching thanks to support of a notation of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). A set of the built-in tools in Naumen BPM promotes fast automation: through creation of process models in the evident visual environment, design of a chain of transitions, drawing up a responsibility matrix, designing of scenarios of implementation and other necessary transactions – to accomplishment, monitoring, optimization and improvement of processes in general.

Design

Design of business processes of Naumen BPM does not require special knowledge of programming languages. The analyst can execute modeling of process activity in the built-in designer of processes at once. For creation of model of processes the notation of BPMN 2.0 is used.

After creation of the general graphic process model:

  • the sequence of stages of its accomplishment is set;
  • participants are specified;
  • routing is configured;
  • data which will be necessary for correct execution are defined.

Convenient tools and the visual environment of the Naumen BPM setup simplify primary configuring of the automated business processes at a stage of their implementation and also reduce costs for further maintenance of changes.

Execution

Execution of business process is performed on the basis of the designed model. Taking into account the set logic for participants of process the task list depending on approach of this or that stage automatically forms.

On the scheme of process it is always possible to learn and trace what process steps "are already closed" what steps are already executed and what – are only coming or where and on whom process "hung up" at present.

At the same time a system always will notify in time users on approach of this or that event through sending adequate notices.

Control

Naumen BPM provides instruments of control of the course and accomplishment of tasks within the started business processes. Tracking on the set metrics and parameters will allow to reveal, for example, potentially non-optimal steps or excess links in a chain of transitions, to find "narrow" places and also to define where process "slips" or requires adjustment.

Development and optimization

Changes are made to templates of processes "on the fly": it is possible to modify as separate "links" and stages, and to rebuild the scenario of process entirely that promotes flexible adaptation of the IT system under the changing conditions and any possible process modifications in the company.

Integration with corporate systems

As a part of the automated process it is possible to use integration services for transfer and data acquisition from external and internal corporate systems of the enterprise, organization of interaction with portal solutions, connections of analytical tools. The integration bus of data for more system interaction with other software products can enter delivery of the solution.
