In "Zarubezhneft production of Haryaga" 100 employees use SUPD Appius-PLM

The Appius company implemented a management system for the design estimates in Zarubezhneft Production of Haryaga LLC, the Russian oil and gas company which activity covers all range of works in oil and gas area.

The main objective which stood at system implementation of Appius-PLM Management of the design estimates, – to transfer the existing business processes and data from the PRODOM system within the import substitution program. SUPD Appius-PLM automates activity of staff of Zarubezhneft Production of Haryaga LLC in work with technical documentation, including by its consideration, increases efficiency due to reduction of terms of document handling electronically, increases efficiency of obtaining necessary information in full.

In a system business process of consideration and approval of documentation after which start all participants receive the notification on e-mail on participation in consideration process is configured. After consideration of documentation there is a formation of the final PDF file of notes and sending results of consideration to design institute.

For simultaneous operation of 100 and more users at the enterprise the client-server option of work which is implemented on the basis of three-level architecture with placement of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 server and a database server on different computers is used.

For the purpose of fast system learning of Appius-PLM the highly skilled team of specialists of APPIUS company provided personnel training on work in a system, developed instructions of users on roles.
