CFM of bizhub PRESS C1100 installed in the printing house of the Krasnodar Territory

Customers: Printovo Printing House

Product: Konica Minolta bizhub Press C-ßÑÓ¿´ MFP

Project date: 2017/08  - 2017/10

On November 16, 2017, the Krasnodar printing house Printovo announced the installation of a digital printing press (CFM ) Konica Minolta bizhub PRESS C1100.

The installation of bizhub PRESS C1100 required Printovo to deliberately increase the print volume: the model gives a great advantage in print speed and its cost in large and medium print runs, as well as stable print quality. The acquisition of the machine is part of the printing house's strategic plan for business digitalization: the company began working with printing materials, minimized the seasonality factor due to the expansion of the manufactured product range and optimized processes thanks to the developed IT solutions themselves.

Paper Bag Design - Printovo (2017)

The powerful color CFM bizhub PRESS C1100 prints at a speed of up to 100 prints of A4 per minute, works with various carriers with a density of 55 to 400 g/m2 without losing speed and allows you to load up to 10,000 sheets. The system provides high accuracy of the face and back of the print on any type of supported media, even when working with unevenly cut sheets. Special emphasis is placed on automation of printing processes and ensuring the highest quality of printing on a wide range of papers.

The bizhub PRESS C1100 system works both under the control of Konica Minolta's own print controller and with controllers manufactured by EFI and CREO, which allows for seamless integration into hybrid printing processes. Thanks to the use of Simitri HDe toner, it is possible to work with synthetic and other low-melting materials, prints are resistant to physical impact and fading. The basic configuration of the system includes a statics removal module from the print, a hybrid sheet straightener, a color feedback system that provides machine adjustment before printing and color stability in the print, as well as a number of other auxiliary systems.

"Our work in the printing market began more than 10 years ago with the purchase of a small full-color MFP Konica Minolta, and now we continue to develop our production together with the vendor. Difficult economic conditions are forcing businesses to seek marketing moves to draw attention to their products and services, so we are seeing an increase in interest in personalized printing - such as direct mail mailings. To fill the need for the market, we also introduced selective varnishing with variable data, which is in great demand among corporate customers. "
