Merlion increased operational efficiency using SAP

On November 20, 2017 the company SAP CIS also Merlion announced implementation SAP Process Mining by Celonis.

The realization of the IT project is enabled according to the results of the pilot during whom Merlion carried out the detailed analysis of the sales activity. About 140 thousand orders of the company were loaded into a system, each of them was carefully analyzed: from the creation moment before shipment to the client. Thanks to it it was succeeded to reveal a number of vulnerabilities which could become the reason of economic losses. In addition, the description of expected areas which need optimization was prepared.

As a result of SAP implementation of Process Mining by Celonis in Merlion the transparency of all transactions will increase and also the uniform end-to-end analysis system of process performance and search of deviations from the regulating documents set in the company will be created. So, for example, the solution will allow to reduce the missed sales and storage costs and processing of goods in a warehouse. The company management will always be able accurately to see failures on all process steps of sales and to apply necessary measures to the solution of the arising problems.

Not only staff of service of internal audit and the business analysis, but also all heads of divisions, representatives of service of internal security and also top management of the company will become the main users of a system.
