"The Saransk CHPP-2" implemented the system of uninterrupted power of torches of the boilers PK-19 and TP-47

On November 20, 2017 the NPF KRUG company announced system implementation of uninterrupted power of torches of the boilers PK-19 and TP-47 of the Saransk CHPP-2.

On the Saransk CHPP-2 (Mordovsky Branch of PJSC T Plus) reconstruction and upgrade of the capital equipment and the automation equipment of technology processes is consistently carried out. With participation of NPF KRUG SAUG of TP-47 boilers of the article No. 5 and No. 6, the boilers PK-19 of the article No. 1 and No. 2, SAUG of boiler units of PK-19 of the article No. 2 and No. 3, SAUG of the PTVM-100 boiler of Article No. 1, an APCS of the turbine generator of Article No. 2, an APCS GRP, a system of accounting of energy resources of combined heat and power plant and others are put into operation.

System implementation purposes

• Providing each group of gas burners with uninterrupted power of the equipment
• Providing timely, reliable information to operation personnel about a power supply system status.

In the system of uninterrupted power of the safety shut-off valves (SSOV) of torches and equipments of boilers are used uninterruptible power supply units (IPB) with back supply from internal rechargeable batteries which provide self-contained supply of the equipment of each group of gas burners. Information on operation of the UPS is transferred in SAMT (system of automated management of torches) of boilers.

The line of cabinets of power supply is developed by NPF KRUG taking into account the advanced technical solutions on the organization of the systems of uninterrupted power of objects of power and other industries.
