A CPM system in Centrcredit Bank is connected to the Colvir IT platform

On November 20, 2017 the Colvir Software Solutions company announced connection to IT to the Colvir platform of Centrcredit Bank.

In Centrcredit Bank migration of a CPM system on data source - the core banking system "Colvir" is performed. As a result of the performed works the efficiency of obtaining the management reporting by the CFD, banking products and clients taking into account the transfer cost of resources calculated on the basis of data of sdelochny accounting, and redistribution of indirect expenses is provided.

Works on upgrade of loading procedures were carried out by forces of employees of the bank that allowed to optimize the IT budget for transfer of a CPM system to information source.

During the project support of change of the principles of accounting was also provided. Earlier, in ILS personal accounts and sub-accounts were used, after implementation of the core banking system 'Colvir' account began to be kept only on personal accounts. To support this transition, specialists of bank independently using regular means of a CPM system recustomized a number of rules of classification of the accounting data coming from the accounting system of 'Colvir' to values under the articles of management accounting. At the expense of history logging of data and rules of their processing which is supported in the Circuit platform 3.1 the bank had an opportunity to trace by what rules reporting indicators for specific date are calculated.

"The main goal of this project was to save invariable that detail level and trust to the management reporting which was reached when functioning a CPM system on data of the previous ILS, to provide correct transformation of accounting in management accounting. As a result of the performed works we receive the reporting in required analytical cuts for objective efficiency evaluation of divisions, sales points, products and clients, acceptance of reasoned decisions on development of a branch network and management of price and product policy".
