In the fall of 2017 specialists of RBC Group completed development of the analytical application – RBC HR Analytics intended for the analysis of HR indicators. RBC HR Analytics allows to analyze information, both on personnel processes, and on payroll and accounting of taxes.
The HR analytics is an integral part of data management, and its implementation can give positive return for any organization. For this reason, the management of RBC Group made the decision to develop own system of HR analytics which would meet all requirements of Customers was flexible, convenient and easy in use and implementation.
What forces people to join the company, to work and be honesty loyal? Which of employees is most successful? Which of specialists it is better to advance as the leader? What qualities should the personnel for providing the high level of customer service and implementation of innovations have? Answers to all these questions can be received, using the system of HR analytics from RBC Group.
The RBC HR Analytics system is intended, first of all, for department of Personnel management, and focuses attention on assessment of Operating performance, on the Analysis of talents and Human resources management. A system traces a number of key HR of indicators of the company, for example the movement of employees, compensation, new employees / conditions / outflow of the personnel in all variety of a combination of these indicators. It allows to analyze quickly work of employees and their performance quickly to identify leaders who lead to improvement of operating performance. As a result we can manage more effectively the talented personnel for profit maximization of the company. Primary data are obtained from different sources, for example from CRM, 1C, ERP, reports of employees and also systems on Recruiting.
The solution RBC HR Analytics is developed based on the analytical QlikView system and can be used for the companies working in any industries. The solution is constructed on the basis of data of the personnel management system used at the enterprise, ERP-or a HRM system. The flexible mechanism of creation of analytical reports integrated with personnel management system modules allows to build end-to-end reports in different cuts: from staff costs and efficiency of actions for maintenance of loyalty to the company to labor productivity of both individual employees, and departments or regional divisions, assessment on KPI, etc.
It is planned that the implementing solution RBC HR Analytics will last from two to six weeks, depending on quantity and complexity of data sources.
The first analytical data the customer company, will be able to receive at the end of the second week of system implementation.
Use of RBC HR Analytics will help the management of the enterprises to increase performance and efficiency of the activity and will give the chance to make the decisions connected with personnel based on timely, real data.
