On November 22, 2017 the FPÖ Energy company announced automation of no break power supply system for the oil, nuclear industry and other industries. To organize and automate processes of support of customer orders the company uses the ELMA BPM system.

FPÖ Energy Rus (2017)

BPMS is a common information space for work of staff of the company. Regulations of the business processes connected with support of purchase orders of the equipment are built and are performed automatically. In ELMA employees receive tasks of processes, leave comments, exchange information and documents.

At a system implementation stage in "the FPÖ Energy" 5 business processes are automated. They include production of products in regional divisions of the company, delivery of the additional equipment, shipment and others. Besides, document flow elements are implemented. In processes 14 document types are used, 5 of which are generated on a template. ELMA automatically creates specifications and shipment documents, removing a part of routine transactions from the staff of the company.

From non-standard functions of processes – preserving of comments which specialists leave in a work progress on tasks. Thanks to it in case of need employees can look at the history of correspondence by each order.

Using the ELMA BPM system the FPÖ Energy company arranged work with partners of the company: clients, contractors, suppliers. A system is responsible for data exchange between the staff of different divisions of the enterprise and provides the consolidated document storage.
