On November 21, 2017 the Schneider Electric company announced completion of comprehensive tests of an automated system of supervisory control by power supply of EMCS at the scientific and technical enterprise of the space industry of JSC Informatsionnye sputnikovye sistemy of a name of the academician M.F. Reshetnev.
Project Tasks
As a part of transformer and distribution substations modern lines of the equipment – modular cells of KSO of SM6, Trihal dry transformers, the systems of the Canalis busline, NKU based on Prisma, time cut-outs of the Compact NSX and Masterpact series, devices of reactive power compensation Varset are implemented. ASDUE EMCS intended for creation of a single automated system of control and management of all power facilities of the enterprise.
Project Results
In 2017 engineers of Schneider Electric tested and brought into trial operation eight substations with the uniform dispatching center as a part of ASDUE EMCS. Application of such system creates a picture of a status of power facilities, remote observance of the set electricity consumption modes, remote control of actions of service staff.
The main tool of the manager – the screen with a symbolic circuit of power supply of the enterprise. On it the status of objects with a possibility of an output of additional windows - parameters of devices and oscillograms is displayed. In the automated workplaces the staff of dispatching service obtains operational information about normal, preemergency and emergency operation, operation of blocking and protection with a binding of all events to common timing system.
The data registered by a system are entered in archive of retrospective information on operation of the equipment and regime parameters of technology processes in power supply. This information will be used for the analysis, optimization and work planning of the equipment and its repair.
