Baltic leasing (iSpring Suite)

The Baltic Leasing company of 26 years successfully works at the Russian market and takes the leading positions on service of deliveries of vehicles, the construction equipment and the machine-building equipment. Today in regional network of the company more than 60 branches in all federal districts of the Russian Federation. In the state — more than 700 employees.

The history of the company amounts agreements of leasing worth 60,000 drafts 150 billion rubles. At the company is 7100+ of clients across all Russia.

The specialist of training center Valentina Silnova and the training manager Ekaterina Zinchenko shared experience of use of the iSpring tools.

"Our company has a large number of geographically distributed employees. At implementation of distance learning there was a task to quickly inform them of training materials which difficult or cannot be given in an internal format.

At first we created generally text content; then began to add to it the scheme, an illustration and the diagram. It became clear later that users need an interactive, and it was interesting to ourselves to try new formats: something brighter, visual, modern.

About iSpring we for the first time heard at one of webinars. Responses about the tool were good. Then to us mailing came with the gift license for 3 months. We decided not to miss this chance and from first week of use understood that iSpring is that it is necessary for us.

Also we visited the first iSpring Days conference in St. Petersburg — very much it was pleasant, we wait for continuation.

At the initial stage when studying iSpring we were helped by the intuitive interface and the training materials on the website. Several times asked questions in a support service, and we were quickly answered — it very much pleased. Thanks to all this we mastered the program in the shortest terms.

In a week we already created the first rates. At first we did the presentations with animation, then found out that in iSpring it is possible to create dialogs. We very much like this format. Dialogs can be used for the most different purposes: for an examination, for training, as exercise machines or to convey information.

At the same time dialogue exercise machines are pleasant to employees: they write that it is really interesting, simple, clear and looks great. And the main thing — it is very easy to create dialog.

We are going to add to rates of more audio and video and to do more serious projects which are connected with regulating documents of the company and with difficult product things in a simple interactive format.

When developing a training course at us most of all time leaves on premeditation, and on creation — of couple of days before few weeks depending on a subject and volume.

If information is ready — the rate can be made in a day. Creation of a big rate from scratch from collection of information to the ready project with tests and interactivities takes few weeks. If there is ready information, then in a day it is possible to make and by the evening to lay out.

We see that we move in the direction of an effective objective. For launch of the internal educational portal in December, 2015 we had less than 10 rates which consisted only of text content and tests. Now we have 34 rates, 15 of which are made in iSpring. The others 19 are not transferred to this format yet, but in the future we are going to issue the most part of content using iSpring.

The quantity of courses which employees take up to the end constantly grows. If at first in a quarter took about 80-100 courses, then now — already 300-400. So far it is a key indicator by which we are guided, and it has very positive dynamics.

Every quarter we publish 2-3 new materials. At the same time the quantity of rates, quantity of the passable rates and number of employees who study remotely grows.

In plans — to implement SDO iSpring Online and mobile training. We are going to begin to use SDO iSpring Online — we hope that it will allow us to trace all indicators of training in more detail. And one more purpose — to implement mobile training in the company.

Thanks to iSpring we could master new formats of training materials, interactivity appeared. And according to reviews, it is pleasant to employees who are trained.
