UK "Alpha Capital" — one of the largest management companies in the Russian market and the oldest company managing means of private, institutional and corporate clients. UK "Alpha Capital" is a part of consortium "Alfa Group" which is among the largest and reliable financial and industrial structures of Russia.

Alpha Capital implemented the system of distance learning for all staff of the Company and partner banks. Employees can study 126 training courses from computers and mobile devices in every spot on the globe.

"We were faced by an interesting challenge on system implementation of distance learning which will allow to train not only our staff, but also the staff of partner banks of the Company. Therefore the solution of quite specific business challenge was focus of the project. Considering that the main users of a system are representatives of generation Y and Z with their thirst for a didzhitalization, the technological effectiveness became one of key factors of a new system. In other words — Wednesday should be complex on knowledge, interesting on the maintenance of rates and the simplest for users. From this input also entered the project.

All project on implementation lasted 6 months from March to October, 2015. For this period we managed to create 126 unique rates. Each professional rate includes the video, the textbook and tests. In a system there is everything to create a full-fledged environment for all-round development for each employee.

The most surprising that at the time of implementation of the project in the Company two years the system of distance learning which employees used effectively worked. However prevented to develop it in the context of new tasks several reasons:

Security policy: we could not give access to internal information environment to the uncountable number of external users. Low mobility: the environment, though gave many opportunities for implementation of the different ideas, had no due level of visualization. And considering that technologies from the moment of implementation stepped forward, precisely lost whenever possible uses from different mobile devices. Complexity of service: when you implement a system which 30,000 users will use, all processes should be most automated. Users should manage educational process, and operational load of the moderator – to be the lowest. Thus, in the Company and knowledge of target audience requirements to future system allowed us to create wide experience of implementation of systems very precisely. Why we selected iSpring Online

We browsed all products offered in the domestic market. Did not forget also about the western systems. Simple criteria were the cornerstone of the choice:

  • mobility and ease of use;
  • visuality and intuitive interface;
  • simplicity of service by the moderator;
  • functionality: set of basic functions of a system;
  • possibility of service of uncountable number of users.

The flexibility of a team of the developer was one of important criteria also. The good product does not mean that the developer company is focused on clients and will be interested to solve the arising problems together with the customer. On this factor we swept aside 40% of solutions in the course of the tender. If you expect the answer week and we did not sign yet the contract, then with what speed you will be answered when solution is required?

In all respects the best were iSpring. To us as the company preaching entrepreneurial style in business very much liked approach of children. The atmosphere of startups reigns in their company that finds reflection in the solution of any task. We as though implemented already the tenth, but not the first project. We are sure that partners in any project in the course of creation of a product always need to be selected including on the basis of similarity of values.

As a result we implemented a system which for 100% met our expectations. This cloud solution in which sections for the different companies and user groups are created. We managed to create one of the most end-to-end systems of distance learning in the Russian market.

Certified programs are addressed to employees, it is interesting to them to gain complex knowledge of the stock market. All 46 rates are distributed on two programs – the Green belt (1 level) and the Black belt (the 2nd level). Each belt includes three modules of different complexity, passing which the employee receives certificates. Each rate includes video from leading experts, the textbook and the test. Modular programs are created for employees, it is interesting to them to gain knowledge of separate share tools. Courses programs on stocks, bonds and the derivative financial instruments are available to employees. Based on passing of rates and successful test passing the employee receives the appropriate certificate. Open rates are addressed to general public and directed to increase in knowledge of macroeconomic. Plans for the future

Every month the interest of employees in training grows as we rethought approach to formation of the internal educational environment. We decided not to be satisfied with what has already been achieved and to develop the project in the different directions.

Quarterly updating of content. One of qualities of the modern world is the movement. Therefore for users very important that and interesting content was constantly added to SDO. Here we took for the rule to add from three to five rates every quarter and to do release. Connection of new user groups: here we are going to solve specific business challenges, developing the staff of partner banks and also to bear a social mission. Already now representatives of the training centers which are engaged in retraining of employees, non-profit organizations and also higher education institutions communicate with us.
