Center of corporate training (iSpring Suite)

"The center of corporate training" (of Dobryank) — the company conducting professional training of personnel of the enterprises of power and other industries. The mission of the company — ensuring safe, trouble-free and effective operation of staff of the enterprises. The center provides training in bases of technical knowledge, to constructions of the equipment, schemes, safety regulations, skills of remote control of technology processes of TPP, complex skills of management and other important aspects.

"We created "Travel to the World of Energy" rate within months. It was calculated on managers who have no technical education in the field of Power engineering specialist, a talent pool of the company. Initially this rate was called "Power for not power engineering specialists".

Now the rate is used at offices of INTER RAO company. After training employees receive the certificate by results. Also this rate is applied in our company as introduction to specialty.

Generally the rate was developed directly by 2 persons: I scripted to rollers, created the presentation, selected material, programmed, created original infographics; my colleague created videos. We left on real objects and shot video.

We developed a rate using the following software products:

PowerPoint 2010 iSpring Presenter 7.0 Adobe Photoshop Sony Vegas 10 Pro The mechanics, the interface and navigation of a rate were created in PowerPoint by the help of triggers (trigger logic). Tests were created by means of iSpring. If then I had a version of Suite 8.1, naturally, I would turn on dialogs in a rate, would make it more original and attractive …

Very much the products iSpring and technical support are pleasant. Keep in there!

Impressions at employees remarkable. They not just take a course, they study it. And they like such free approach to training. The testing module which we created in iSpring impressed our many employees who got used to take tests on the same template — "select the correct answer".

The rate is pleasant to much, however, by what criteria it estimate, it is not absolutely clear to me. Probably, it is universality.

From work with the iSpring tools at me exclusively positive and good impressions. It concerns as work of the program, stability and functionality, and work of a command of technical support. The program very simple in use, but at the same time powerful by the opportunities. I selected between the products CourseLab and iSpring. Having tried both tools in work, I stopped on iSpring that is natural: stability, power and at the same time simplicity – distinguishers of your product. However it would be desirable to see further in programs more interactive counters. I consider that PowerPoint with its triggers + iSpring for today — the best of teachers available to a wide range tools".
