Product "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of the KORP construction organization", edition 3.0 it is intended for automation of accounting and tax accounting in the construction organizations of average scale performing the functions of the contractor, customer, builder and investor, and incorporating the separate divisions both selected and which are not selected for separate balance. In a configuration of the version CORP in comparison with earlier released PROF version there is a possibility of accounting on separate divisions.

Main industry functionality of the program:

The subsystem "The contractor of construction" includes:

• Accounting of accomplishment of installation and construction works by buildings, construction objects, cost items on construction, a technology cost structure, contractors with formation of the certificate of the cost of construction works and costs in KS-3 form;
• Formation of planned cost of installation and construction works with a possibility of creation of the local estimate, sheet of labor and material resources, calculation of marginal income for the estimate;
• Separate accounting of the installation and construction works performed by own forces and forces of third contract organizations;
• Formation of the industry unified form on accounting of overalls and stock "A card of accounting of overalls" in MB-2 form, reports on the movement of materials: "Sheet 10-s", "Material report";
• Accounting of non-invoiced deliveries (M-7 form);
• An opportunity to control payment by the customer of the accepted stages of accomplishment of construction contracts;
• Accounting of the equipment and construction materials by construction objects and storage locations;
• Accounting of issue to contractors of materials as raw materials supplied by the customer and accounting of write-off in process of its expenditure.

The subsystem "The customer of construction" includes:

• Formation of the list of nomenclatures with the set signs: range of numbers, repetition step, sign of use of the premises, area;
• Planning and the cost accounting on keeping of the customer of construction by cost items, divisions and financing sources;
• Separate accounting of the VAT on costs for the capital investments with a possibility of formation of the summary invoice by transfer finished by construction of the facility to the investor;
• Accounting of operations on transfer to investors of the acts of KS-11 and KS-14 finished with construction of facilities with a design;
• Accounting of the VAT on the capital investments by construction objects;
• The cost accounting on construction of shoddy (title) constructions with a possibility of their automatic redistribution on objects under construction;
• Accounting of cash receipt and use of means of target financing by financing sources;
• Printability of a set of primary documents on accounting of the capital investments, work in progress of construction objects, accounting of the Inventories and other documents used by the customer of construction, approved by Resolutions of Goskomstat of the Russian Federation;
• Distribution nakoplennykhzatrat in proportion to the amounts of investments or the areas of an investment object.

The subsystem "The investor of construction" includes:

• Control and correction of mutually used means of financing sources;
• Formation of pro rata contribution and agreement settlements of a concession of rights to claim;
• Formation of a share of administration;
• Formation of analytical reports on cash flow of financing sources, accounting of the capital investments, inventory items, settlings with partners;
• Carrying out bilateral and tripartite acts of offsets according to settlement accounts with partners.

The "Accounting of the KORP Construction Organization" configuration is developed on the basis of the standard configuration "Enterprise Accounting CORP", edition 3.0 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all main opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution. The configuration is not the independent software product, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.9 for its work.

The software product is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has protection against unauthorized use. At the same time the principle of the maximum openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.

The "Accounting of the KORP Construction Organization" configuration is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library 8.3.
