On November 27, 2017 the CT Consulting company announced implementation of CRM from Salesforce company in infrastructure of the Electric Board Samara enterprise.

Project Tasks

Development of Electric Board Samara company caused need of business process optimization implementation of a uniform information environment. Until implementation of the automation equipment of CRM vendor, the information systems of the customer servicing a circuit of CRM were developed and supported independently. Preparation of analytics on organization activity was executed manually that did not allow to receive an exact picture about a business status in real time. For automation of activity the system providing the centralized model of sales, supporting technical functioning of the center for work with the entering addresses from clients of the company was required.

"An electric board Samara" selected for business process automation a cloud technology of CRM on-demand from Salesforce.

Project Progress

With the partner in project implementation the CT Consulting company worked. The project plan of implementation was calculated on 16 business weeks, including four weeks of intensive support after the beginning of productive operation of a system.

In three months the command adapted the selected product to specifics of business of the enterprise, created uniform contact center for processing of the entering addresses, automated process of approval and exposure of TKP to clients of the company, integrated with the ERP system and provided formation of the operational reporting under the data stored in a system.

Project Results

With implementation of CRM, more than 300 employees of Electric Board Samara company had an opportunity to work with customer information, to react quickly to requests, to use the general electronic product catalog, to monitor interactions between divisions, to conduct sales in a common information space.
