Amigo (Advanced Microgrid Optimization) is the management information system providing coordinate management of the distributed energy resources, management tools the mode and a configuration of network and also local complexes of load control.

2017: Product presentation
On November 24, 2017 the RTSoft company presented a complex of software solutions for modeling and management of local power supply systems (Microgrid) and the systems of power supply – AMIGO.
For the distribution electric networks of Amigo provides a possibility of use and coordinate management of the distributed energy resources (the distributed fuel generation, RES, energy drives) and also a part of the loading selected for the aggregated management. AMIGO helps to predict electricity production of RES and a profile of change of loading of an energorayon. On the basis of the received forecasts of software creates representation of optimal strategy of work of managed controls of generation, accumulation and consumption for different time frames. The product maintains optimal balance of development and energy consumption of each timepoint, providing economic power supply of consumers of Microgrid.
The architecture of AMIGO interacts with traditional automation systems - ASDU, the PCS, the AIIS KUE. Cross-platform software allows to work running different operating systems and assumes cloud or local placement.
According to the statement of developers, the technology allows to solve social problems of decrease in number of unplanned shutdowns of consumers, the maximum use of renewable power sources and decrease in negative impact on the environment.
