Svyaztransneft put the Northern Bypass communication line into operation

2018

On October 12, 2018 JSC Svyaztransneft announced putting into operation of a fiber line of communication "A northern bypass" for the pipeline of swapping of oil in the trunk Samotlor-Aleksandrovskaya oil pipeline.

Construction began in June, 2018 and was complete within four months. Works were conducted within the program of modernization in the territory of the Nizhnevartovsk district of the Khanty-Mansi autonomous district Yugra.

30 km of a fiber line of connection with use of technology of suspension of the self-supported optical cable on support of an along-route transmission line are laid.

In the project progress hardware upgrade on communication hubs "Samotlor Linear Production and Dispatching Station (LPDS)" and LPDS Nizhnevartovsk was executed, the equipment on three points of control and accounting of oil of the oil pipeline is installed. For ensuring with telephone communication of points of control and accounting upgrade of an automatic telephone exchange of the communication hub "A district dispatcher station Nizhnevartovsk" is carried out.

For October, 2018 capacity of communication channels conforms to modern standards of PJSC Transneft. The built Northern Bypass line is integrated into a high-speed fiber line of communication on section Demyansk-Tomsk.

Commissioning of an object allowed to provide with uninterrupted communication the swapping pipeline in the trunk Samotlor-Aleksandrovskaya oil pipeline of JSC Transneft Siberia.

2017

On November 27, 2017 JSC Svyaztransneft announced putting into operation of the fiber-optical transmission line (FOTL) on section from the block box of point of control of management No. 37 (PKU) to frontier with the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Construction was conducted since April of the current year within program implementation of modernization and reconstruction of a communication network of JSC Svyaztransneft. Implementation of this project allowed to organize the international fiber-optic interface between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan which was organized on a copper cable communication line earlier.

Builders laid one kilometer of the optical fiber cable from the PKU 37 block box of the Guryev-Kuibyshev oil pipeline of JSC Transneft — Privolga to a point of a joint of the existing coupling of JSC KazTransOil (Republic of Kazakhstan).

This communication network executed connection of delivery and acceptance point of an oil quantity and quality measuring system (PSP SIKN) of the trunk oil pipeline. Reservation and high reliability of channels of linear and station telemechanics, channels of leak detection systems and security television, departmental automatic telephone communication, a local computer network and the perspective automated control system are provided.

Project implementation allowed to provide the needs of the unified information system (UIS) of PJSC Transneft for high-speed links at the level of all services of the trunk Guryev-Kuibyshev oil pipeline of JSC Transneft — Privolga.

Commissioning of this object will allow to provide communication channels, the selected telephone communication in the selected communication network, a mobile radio communication in selected communication networks and services of local telephone communication to partners of JSC Svyaztransneft.
