Product "FIREPLACE: Salary for business. Version 4.0" it is intended for automation of calculation and salary accrual and also for conducting personnel records at the enterprises and in the organizations of any patterns of ownership, including, applying the special tax modes.

Features and program capabilities:

• keep multicorporate account;
• carry out calculation and salary accrual for each employee according to the legislation;
• keep account of charges by cost items, divisions of costs, sources of income, the periods of charge and positions of employees;
• maintain documents of personnel records, exercise control of acceptance and dismissal of employees, their movements according to the staff list of the enterprise;
• perform input of personnel documents for the list of employees;
• carry out calculation of all types of tax and contributions to off-budget funds, stipulated by the legislation, as on employees, and in general on the enterprise;
• carry out calculation of documents using the assistants to calculation both who are built in a configuration, and created by the user;
• receive different types of reports, including the reporting in tax authorities and the Pension fund, including on magnetic carriers;
• transfer data on payroll and taxes to 1C: Accounting 8;
• configure the individual interface of magazines;
• exercise control of change of charges in previous periods and make automatic recalculation of taxes.

The configuration is original. The set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform not below version 8.3.6 is necessary for work of a configuration.

The configuration is not protected by the hardware key, has the fragments which are not subject to change by the user.
