History

2020: Participation in the organization of the first transport of a ferry with control through GLONASS

On June 30, 2020, GLONASS informed TAdviser that under the control of the Rosselkhoznadzor, the first transportation of perishable cargo, equipped with equipment for constant monitoring of the condition and location of products, was started as part of an experiment approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on through control of the cold chain during the transportation of food products requiring special transportation conditions. The experiment will contribute to ensuring food security of the population of the Russian Federation through the use of information systems and technologies to constantly monitor the conditions for the storage and transportation of goods. To collect and process information containing coordinate-time and temperature-humidity parameters, an automated monitoring system based on the ERA-GLONASS GAIS (ASM ERA) is used, as well as the equipment of the GLONASS partner in the project, LLC Intelligent Transport Systems. The first transportation is organized and provided by a member of the Association of Food Sector Organizations (ASORPS) - CJSC Eurosib St. Petersburg-Transport Systems. The total number of employees as of 2019 is 1.6 thousand people. Total revenue at the end of 2019 amounted to more than 33 billion rubles.

2012
