On November 29, 2017 Vnesheconombank announced implementation of the information system "Electronic Office of the Client". Clients of VEB had an opportunity to provide the electronic documents signed with the strengthened qualified electronic signature in bank.
The electronic office allowed to optimize document flow with clients, to beforehand inform them on the status of accomplishment of suspensive and additional conditions on the signed agreements and also to provide an operational feedback according to addresses. At the same time the bank reserves the right to request paper documents.
