OAK entrusted the Pacific Rim and BFG Group development of the model of IAS of management of industrial model

On November 20, 2017 the Russian company "BFG Group" as a part of consortium with ANO Technology Development Agency and SMEON LLC signed the agreement with United Aircraft Corporation on development of a prototype of an information and analytical system of management of industrial model (IASU IM) of group of corporation.

Prerequisites

Creation of an information and analytical system is caused by transition of corporation from the enterprises of a full stroke to the distributed production with broad outsourcing of non-key competences. OAK is going to concentrate the resources on development, final assembly, sale and service of the made aircrafts. Approach requires use of modern IT for exact and timely assessment of production indicators and efficiency in general, constructions of optimal models of cooperation and transformation of production.

Project Tasks

The feature developed by BFG Group, "Technology development agency" and SMEON company of the industrial model consists in attraction of the advanced developments in the field of the information and communication technologies approved on real productions for tasks economically and technology reasonable transformation of group of industrial enterprises of corporation, creation of effective cooperation chains and also situational management of necessary changes. The project on creation and approbation of the industrial model of a system is calculated to the middle of 2018.

Project Progress

BFG Group will perform collection of information at the OAK enterprises", a production system, necessary for the analysis, and modeling of options of creation of industrial model taking into account internal and external cooperation. On the basis of results of modeling within the contract offers on synchronization production and investment programs of OAK, on optimization of production, business processes, technologies and resources of corporation will be developed.
