For this reason it is possible to tell with confidence that the systems of video analytics are a mainstream of all concept of video surveillance since allow to turn passive video surveillance into active process of control and increase the value of such systems for business several times. The last achievements in the field of self-training neuronets offered new prospects which allowed to perform a set of plans concerning the automated control of processes. What was considered earlier as unattainable in view of complexity or cost of execution has implementation on a set of the projects bringing benefit[1] already today].

In Gazprom Neft of work in the field of creation of intellectual video surveillance are conducted for a long time. The pilot project was for the first time executed in 2013. In it several important functions which allow to control round the clock territory perimeter under different viewing angles using the fixed and managed cameras were implemented at once, to reveal emergencies, for example, smoke, to control entrance and departure of transport, to recognize numbers of machines, to notify on unauthorized access, to watch actions of personnel on an object, to control access zones, safety of the equipment, observance of rules of industrial security.
The intelligent system of video surveillance implemented in the company provides automatic detection and the notification about emergency situations, helps to reduce costs for their elimination. In plans — integration with the equipment which is already installed at an object and sensors which will allow to increase efficiency of their use. Key feature of a system — automatic detection of events, direct work with the image received from an object.
Minimize influence of slow data transmission channels and provide monitoring of a large number of remote objects — here only a part of tasks which can be solved successfully means of video analytics. There are also other advantages: consolidation of all devices in the general network allows to control a set of remote objects from any point. A system extends easily and scaled, complemented functionally. It is possible to organize multi-layer system of access control for heads and employees of operational divisions, including from mobile jobs. The functions allowing to distinguish persons, to define emergence of panic among personnel, to reveal violation of the security regulation, to control an ecological situation and many other things are available. Using geographically distributed systems of processing and storage of video the reliable base for storage and the analysis of video data which is available to the authorized specialists and the administrative personnel concerning this sphere is created.
At implementation in Gazprom Neft of such systems the set of factors which usually are not taken into account at design of the systems of technology video surveillance of industrial facilities, such as difficult climatic conditions of operation, unreliability and limited width of data transmission channels, lack of the qualified technical support on objects, etc. is considered.

Integration and forecast
In 2014 in the Corporate center of Gazprom Neft the Central node of a system of technology video surveillance (TsU STV) which is the top level of the distributed hierarchical model of a system of technology video surveillance and the consolidated platform for creation of the situational center is implemented. TsU STV provides information storage from all objects of the company with the set characteristics on quality and storage period. The node can be equipped with the configured analytical modules allowing to carry out contrastive analysis of changes on technology objects, to notify on smoke or the movement in the set areas and also to execute some other the functions helping with respect for production security, labor protection, etc.
A system has three-level architecture at which top level there is a Corporate center — the center of decision making, further — subsidiaries and separate (local) objects. The cameras mounted on objects provide the round-the-clock video surveillance and are expected work in the conditions of Far North and poor visibility.
Access to central node of a system is provided using workstations of users in perimeter of a corporate data network which allow to manage observation on all remote objects according to access rights for a user group or the user separately.
Today about 200 surveillance cameras from affiliated enterprises "Gazprom neft-Yamal", "Gazpromneft Shelf", "Gazpromneft Supply", "Gazpromneft Badra", "Gazpromneft-Middle of East B.V.", "Gazpromneft-Vostok", "Gazpromneft-Messoyakha" are already connected to the TsU STV system.
Rinald Hamidullin, CEO of ITSC: The project of creation of intellectual video surveillance is of great importance for the customer as Gazprom Neft locates a significant amount of the technology objects including which are on the remote fields, access to which owing to their location is complicated. Working in close cooperation with the companies implementing different video analysts, ITSC successfully solves the tasks set by business. Nevertheless development of own competences of this direction is priority in this connection we pay much attention to development of functionality of the used software platforms. Use advanced the analyst, capable to be integrated with the hardware of productions (Internet of Things), and neural network technologies is of great importance. All these technologies are demanded by business and will be used for the solution of non-standard tasks.
Within the project on monitoring of industrial security for Gazprom neft-Yamal the solution on the automated remote monitoring of industrial security on drilling rigs and system implementation of control of traffic regulations is implemented. These developments include use of the available experience in earlier implemented projects and development of new intelligent solutions.
Specialists of ITSC — the system integrator and software developer of Gazprom Neft — are engaged in creation of a single platform for the system of intellectual technology video surveillance behind production facilities of the company. Video surveillance with the automated production systems will allow to integrate the solution and further to use video analytics for increase in efficiency of different production processes.
