In the Ministry of Health of Tatarstan the mobile system of control of analytical indicators is implemented

The BARS GROUP company, subsidiary company of "The national center of informatization" of Rostec state corporation, announced on December 4, 2017 implementation of a mobile automated system of control of analytical indicators for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A system is intended for monitoring and the analysis more than 50 statistical and qualitative indexes of health sector among which — population, incidence of the population, monitoring of the equipment and also for creation of reports. Indicators are visualized in a schedule type or tables. It allows to provide visually the large volume of information and to quickly make management decisions to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinated organizations (MIAC, MO). As of December 4, a system obtains data from 44 municipal districts of the republic and also data on the medical equipment of 21 medical institutions.

Automation of health sector, first of all, is directed to increase in the quality level of health of inhabitants of the republic. Thanks to a system the Ministry of Health of RT has information on a health protection status in the region, quickly obtains the integrated statistical data and controls equipment of the medical organizations by the necessary equipment — the director of GAUZ "Republican Medical Information and Analytical Center" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Garipov reported.

The interactive map of the Republic of Tatarstan used in mobile application clearly demonstrates dynamics of key indicators of system effectiveness of health care in the target region and on certain municipal districts.

According to BARS GROUP, a system provides quality improvement of the displayed information used at assessment of indicators of activity of organizations of health sector, optimization of functioning and control of activity of organizations of health sector.
