The B2B-Center company announced at the end of November, 2017 start of a recommendatory system on the basis of artificial intelligence. He uses the principle of the personalized intellectual selection of tenders on the basis of behavior and a profile of supplier companies.

The algorithm analyzes more than 40 criteria and creates personal recommendations for all companies which participated at least in one purchase on the B2B-Center platform. Recommendations consider the previous activity of the user, his profile of activity, interests and search queries and also regions of delivery and work of the supplier. Recommendations are available to several tens of thousands companies working at the platform.

We are engaged in creation of a recommendatory system since 2006, and the first automatic model earned behind closed doors two years ago. During testing faced ambiguous reaction of users who were not ready to a bigger transparency of the market. The service removed the last barriers to fair competition and balanced possibilities of suppliers. This future of the market of corporate trade which already came. A system learned to automatically determine tender belonging to specific type of goods with an accuracy of 80%. At the same time service twice more precisely, than the selection of tenders for the subject heading list of goods and services operating on B2B-Center as probability excludes mistakes of the person because of different corrected classifications of products. For the first day of work of a recommendatory system the number of participation in the recommended purchases grew by 7%. It is planned that the activity of suppliers should increase by 25%.

The B2B-segment considerably differs from consumer: at our clients other logic of behavior, and content on the platform are specific data on difficult industrial equipment or services for corporations. Therefore we could not make use of experience of normal online stores and developed recommendatory service independently on the basis of open source-solution — the CEO of B2B-Center Andrey Boyko added.

A system completely automates search of tenders for supplier companies. By calculations of B2B-Center, it will save them from routine transactions and will allow to save means.
