"White Keith" performed optimization of network functioning of dental clinics

Project Tasks

For management and control of work of the companies entering into network, the head decided to create a uniform IT system. It should help with receiving detailed analytics for quality improvement of customer service of all clinics.

Specialists of the Chelyabinsk office of The First BIT company suggested to use own solutions, including the BIT program. Stomatology.

Project Progress

During the project specialists of First BIT:

• automated record of patients on acceptance, having excluded risk of emergence of errors when processing the requests connected with a human factor;
• made work of doctors on places of more comfortable by means of optimization of diagrams of record of patients;
• created the uniform instrument of work with clinics of the franchize "32ok" which allows to control work of clinics and to analyze business processes;
• increased quality of service and indicators of loyalty, reduced risk of loss of clients.

Project Results

• the uniform tool for management of franchasing network of clinics is created.
• fast acceptance and processing of requests is provided. All customer information is stored in the program and helps call center agents to work with patients correctly.
• development and efficiency of doctors and other personnel of clinic at the expense of the high processing speed of requests and optimal working schedules taking into account all important factors are increased.
• in clinics franchisees the automated jobs for the management, accounting, doctors, the staff of registry, cash desk and sall-center with placement at server capacities of White Keith are created.
