"The integrated Digital NETWORKS" implemented an automated system of treasury

On December 7, 2017 the MAYKOR-GMCS company declared the final of the first stage of implementation of a single automated system of treasury on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 platform for Integrated Digital Networks (IDN) Joint-stock company.

Project Progress

A system was unrolled using own solution of the company integrator. In addition to standard, in a system a number of the functions connected with specifics of activity of the customer is implemented - intellectual integration is developed, it simplifies transfer of cards of partners, checking accounts, agreements, payments and statements to the accounting system of OTsS, allows to connect and adjust if necessary data exchange with other adjacent systems.

Project Results

The single system of treasury provides centralized operation with cash flows of the company, controlling operating costs. Owing to specifics of activity, the customer registers a large number of internal and external payments – in a system there is an automatic approval and formation of magazines of payments on the basis of the payment schedule. Accounting of agreements, intra holding transactions, budgeting is automated.

For the operational analysis of the key financial performance the portal consolidating information from several information systems is implemented. The company management can estimate the current financial status at any moment and undertake with respect thereto necessary managerial steps.

In the system of treasury more than 100 users work.
