Cherkizovo Group completed system implementation of management of NSI

On December 7, 2017 announced SAP CIS completion of SAP implementation of Master Data Governance for creation of reference books of materials and their integration with three enterprise information systems of the Cherkizovo Group. The project was executed by specialists of AT Consulting.

Project Tasks

Implementation of a modern management system of NSI, the corresponding strategy of development for the Cherkizovo Group was a project objective. To provide implementation of business processes of maintaining reference books and integration with the operating systems consumers.

As the solution for creation of a management system of NSI the customer selected SAP Master Data Governance because of existence in software of previously configured reference books, designers for work with units of the reference information and models of its approval. Approving a system at work with the reference book by partners - more than 50 thousand, in the company in practice were convinced of opportunities of the platform and made the decision on its development.

Project Progress

In the course of conceptual design options of implementation of data models of all integrated solutions of different software makers are worked in details out. Besides, historical data of the company were placed, the role model and chains of approval on change of nomenclatures is configured integration with systems.

The project is implemented within half a year.

Project Results

The customer received a system reflecting growth and dynamics of development of the company.

For December 7, 2017 the system of the normative reference information (NRI) provides the centralized maintaining reference materials for production, logistic and accounting programs of Group.
