Module of summary planning

On December 11, 2017 the Digital Design company announced input in commercial operation of the information system "Module of Summary Planning" by request of PJSC RusHydro.

The project began in 2012 with automation of basic process of planning of production programs.

Key object of the Module of Summary Planning (MSP) system – the production programs (PP). They are a basis for budgeting, the business plan and an investment program of the company and represent set of all actions for modernization and reconstruction of fixed assets, on repair, research works and maintenance, implemented (planned to implementation) in planning period.

MSP was developed taking into account all requirements and features of the customer and has broad functionality, and production programs have flexible structure, consider the made changes.

A system allows to create in parallel long-term and medium-term production programs, to create and adjust the project of an annual procurement program. Besides, "The module of summary planning" provides preparation of reports for the Ministry of Energy and other supervisory authorities according to statutory requirements and allows to finish report forms in case of change of requirements.

MSP provides transparency of all changes made with software, allows to carry out planned and unplanned amendments, to inform users on key events in a system and to react quickly to changes. A system automates data exchange (projects, partners, agreements, projects of lots, actions) with other information systems of RusHydro.

In structure of the company more than 100 under control societies and 19 branches in the territory of Russia. MSP is implemented in all branches of PJSC RusHydro and some subsidiaries and affiliates.

Implementation of neural networks

On December 14, 2017 the Digital Design company announced use of technology of neural networks in Dispatching center of a cascade of the HEPS of PJSC RusHydro.

The Digital Design company completed the project on development and deployment of the information management system the hydro-electric modes "Dispatching Center" in PJSC RusHydro. A system calculates a planned operation mode of the Volga and Kama cascade of hydroelectric power stations.

Basic purpose of the information system "Dispatching Center" – to provide the required security level and reliability of operation of hydraulic engineering constructions and the capital equipment due to increase in accuracy of calculation of possible hydro-electric operation modes of the HEPS and cascades of the HEPS on all planning horizons. Besides, it will allow to increase electricity production, to increase efficiency of use of water resources on objects.

The management system has features, for example, short-term planning in a system is implemented on the basis of processing of data archives of telemetry of water levels of the HEPS using algorithms of machine learning (neural networks), and data on inflow of water since the beginning of the XX century are stored in the module of collecting and data storage.
