"Tactical missile armament" implemented a corporate management system

On December 11, 2017 company "Aplana." announced development center creation and system implementation of process automation of corporate management of head enterprise JSC Tactical Missile Armament Corporation (TMAC) and processes of 30 subsidiaries in the territory of Russia.

Project Tasks

By the beginning of the project activity of Management of the property relations and corporate investments of KTRV is automated partially. The centralized base of information materials was replenished in the manual mode.

Project objective - automation of a corporate management system. The customer set the task of transfer of processes in IT space:

• consolidation of data on all legal entities entering into corporation
• effective interaction of heads of head enterprise and subsidiaries on the basis of uniform standards.
• the organization of access for the management and the relevant services to the structured information materials,
• information support of Board of Directors.
• increase in level of performing discipline
• control of execution of solutions of managing bodies.

Project Progress

At the first stage specialists of the company of the contractor jointly with specialists of KTRV inspected business corporate management processes, developed and implemented uniform approaches to preparation, collecting and the analysis of reporting information and documents on activity of subsidiaries, their governing bodies.

Development and deployment of information automated system which implemented the approved methods and functions of corporate management became the second stage of the project.

Project Results

As a result of system implementation the customer got the automated information access about activity of subsidiaries, their managements. Interaction of governing bodies of head enterprise and subsidiaries became more effective.

A system provides:

• timely formation of the solutions directed to risk mitigation of management
• increase in stability and capitalization of societies of corporation,
• high-quality planning, organization and information support of corporate actions, control of execution of solutions.
