On December 11, 2017 announced JSC Audiotel a victory in the tender of PJSC VTB 24 for rendering services of outsourcing contact center.
Project Tasks
Within the contract Audiotel within three years will provide services of external contact center in processing of telephone calls, carrying out telephone surveys and the presentations, support of the existing and potential retail clients in chats.
Within the project online support, communication with specialists in real time by phone and in messengers is provided.
