Landscape 4science

In December, 2017 the project team 4science started an online service for the analysis of scientific works – Landscape of 4science. It is designed to help scientists, to innovators and experts quickly to estimate data domain, to find loans in the work and to learn what projects already received financing.

The service reminds smart "anti-plagiarism". It finds loans among 5 million scientific works, project documents, articles and patents. A system shows what research projects have weight and therefore are financed by the state. At the heart of Landscape — technology of the analysis of Big Data, machine learning and mathematical linguistics.

Gubarev Grigory, 4science project manager: "When the scientist begins to work on the new project — article, a research, an experiment — it faces a problem: how to cover all volume of the published works and to learn what was already made by others? Even on the narrowest subject about 3 thousand works, and on wide — up to 100 thousand are annually published in the world. For this purpose also our system was created: it will help to investigate "landscape" of scientific work — to learn trends, competitors and possible partners".

A system will be useful to different users. To experts it will help to exclude double financing of the same works. The scientist — to improve reports and to increase chances of the project of receiving means. Entrepreneurs using Landscape will find for the project of contractors and partners.

Service is developed within project 4science — the independent platform for interaction of science and business. The project develops department of information management systems of NAUMEN company. The Russian IT developer is present at the market since 2001. One of the directions it activity — creation of individual solutions for the educational and scientific organizations, the industry and public sector.
