On December 11, 2017 the Birsk branch of the State unitary agricultural enterprise MTS "Centralnaya" announced workflow automation using the THESIS system.
After contrastive analysis available in the market of EDMS the management of the enterprise made a choice for benefit of a document management system and tasks of TEZIS. In the Birsk branch MTS "Centralnaya" Basic edition of a system using which work of office was automated was implemented and also the tasks connected with office-work and control of performing discipline are solved.
Scaling of a system and transfer to Standard edition was carried out. Then the staff of the Birsk branch MTS "Centralnaya" had an opportunity to use the designer of business processes and reports, the electronic signature and function of text recognition.
