2017: Rostec will create the Situational center for management of emergency situations
Rostec creates the Situational center which will exercise monitoring, control and coordination of security of objects and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations on all objects of Corporation in the territory of the Russian Federation. Within the business mission "Russia-Singapore between Rostec and the Singapore company AETOS in December, 2017 agreements on a resource interchange are reached during creation of the Situational center.
Basic function of the center – preparation and support of acceptance of management decisions on the basis of detailed monitoring and forecasting of possible scenarios of development of emergency (extraordinary) situations on objects of Rostec. The situational center will generalize, analyze information from all possible sources, including managerial structures of holdings and the enterprises. Such approach will allow to increase significantly management efficiency in scales of Corporation.
"The modern Situational center will become an integral part of the innovation infrastructure of State corporation which in the round-the-clock mode will ensure safety of people and objects and also to guarantee instant reaction in emergency situations. Cooperation with the Singapore partners recognized by leaders in the field of end-to-end systems of security will become the catalyst of development of similar technologies in Russia", – the deputy CEO of State Corporation Rostec Nikolay Volobuyev noted.
The document signed by AETOS and Rostec on behalf of Siber subsidiary company will provide synergy of capacity of the enterprises of Rostec making hi-tech products in the respective areas and competences AETOS in digitalization of security management, counteraction to a range of threats and decision support at emergency response.
The full-function Situational center will be placed in the territory of the innovation complex Rostec City which will be constructed on site the former Tushino airfield.
