Transneft implemented a corporate system of user support

On December 14, 2017 the INLINE Technologies company announced the project of creation of a corporate system of user support in PJSC Transneft.

Project Progress

The corporate automated system of user support is developed according to world practices of the organization of IT services (ITSM), implemented on the Service Manager HP platform and allows to support more than 100 thousand end users of corporate information systems, local information systems of affiliated enterprises and IT infrastructure of PJSC Transneft.

The project is executed by INLINE Technologies company with involvement of experts of Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Feature of the solution - functioning in its structure of the integration subsystem providing enhanced capabilities of interface to external applications and information services. By means of this subsystem basic integration into corporate reference books, directory services and e-mail is organized and integration with the built-in subsystem of user support of SAP on the basis of SAP Solution Manager, with a corporate system of electronic document management on the EMC Documentum platform is implemented.

Project Results

With project implementation the quality of IT providing due to standardization and optimization of internal IT processes and the related business processes increased.

A system provides process automation, the information technologies of PJSC Transneft which are in the field of responsibility of department, including management of IT processes, incident management in IT infrastructure and information systems, management of addresses and service requests, management of the service levels and scheduled works.

Use of an integration subsystem will allow to expand functionality of KASPP due to flexible integration with external information systems and services.

For December 14, 2017 the corporate automated system of user support is put into operation in PJSC Transneft and all subsidiaries using corporate information systems.
