"We use Forward PRM as one of components of the large-scale unified information system. A PRM system is put into commercial operation more than a year ago and results are already visible: many processes became simpler, results – are more reliable. We manage to carry out bigger amount of partner activities. The quality of fixing of data on our partner network increased - all interactions register, we see which of partners makes for us for more profit and where there are 'shrinkages'. Increase in speed and convenience of joint work was noted also by partners: on average processing of addresses from partners takes 30% less time. The employees working with partners through service are happy, on average their performance grew by 15%.
