On December 15, 2017 the "First BIT (1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0)" company announced system implementation of an inventory control in JSC State Ryazan Instrument Plant. A system allowed to automate data exchange – to 20 thousand transactions a month and also to trace and control a remaining balance on Inventories in production divisions in real time and to reduce a reporting set-up time to several minutes.

Despite large volumes of the made products, accounting of shop stocks at the enterprise it was not automated and integrated with the system of the central warehouses ASUP. The staff of the enterprise could not trace and control a remaining balance on Inventories in production divisions in this connection the cost of work in progress (WIP) at the enterprise exceeded admissible indicators. The reporting at the same time was prepared manually, and terms were measured in the days.

JSC State Ryazan Instrument Plant (2017)

Among requirements of JSC State Ryazan Instrument Plant to project implementation also were:

  • adaptation of accounting under specifics of military production;
  • adaptation of the interface and a set of options of a system under beginning users and people of old age;
  • implementation of integration with the ASUP GRPZ system using an integration bus of ESB.

Project Progress

1. The subsystem of accounting of shop storerooms in 1C:ERP is implemented. Among the automated functions:

  • receipt of Inventories;
  • movement of Inventories;
  • transfer to production;
  • write-off of Inventories;
  • Each document forms at least 1 time each division every day. Thus, monthly amounts of data are up to 20 thousand transactions monthly.

  • inventory;
  • sheet of Inventories;
  • document flow of Inventories.

2. The system interface according to requirements of the Customer is adapted, simplified. At login the user sees only 2 tabs: a relevant remaining balance in the storeroom and arrivals from the central warehouses. All necessary documents are created and sent "by the button". Thus usability for employees who for the first time sat down at the computer is provided.

3. Job order accounting by CPC (Ciphers of Production Costs) is implemented. All movements Inventories occur by all production analytics.

4. Accounting is adapted for specifics of military production.

5. Uninterrupted integration with the ASUP system using an integration bus of ESB is implemented. It provided the guaranteed delivery of systems given in the conditions of integration with different formats of data.

Project Results

  • Staff of the enterprise had an opportunity to trace and control a remaining balance on Inventories in production divisions in real time;
  • Proinventarizirovana WIP;
  • The tendency to their decrease is noted;
  • On reporting several minutes leave;
  • Care from manual entry of data is provided, they are automatically broadcast from a system of accounting of shop storerooms.
