"1C: Document Flow" in the Pole group is:

• 3000 automated jobs;
• 24 business units;
• 4 regions of Russia;
• 7 cities;
• Unique system of personal data protection;
• Joint change of Word documents at approval.

Project Results:

• Key business processes of the company within contract activities are automated, business the processes used in basic document flow are unified;
• The transparency in work of divisions increased, terms of approval of documents were reduced;
• Uniform corporate information space, allowing to formalize and automate document flow between 24 business units entering into the Pole group is created;
• Necessary level of protection for confidential document flow is provided.

Project Features:

Big scale — in a single system of electronic document management 3000 jobs are organized. The complexity was represented by a geographically-distributed structure of the company. A system with a distributed database with their consolidation in the corporate center is as a result created. Problems with communication channels are solved — on affiliated enterprises only satellite communication is quite often available. Several crucial completions of the standard system "1C: Document Flow" are executed: the data protection subsystem, the subsystem providing geographically distributed exchange of documents and also appeared an opportunity to jointly edit documents at parallel approval.

Upon completion of the project a system is put into commercial operation. A system is completely transferred to technical and consulting support to CIT of the Customer. Specialists of 1C-KPD perform the first support line of users of Moscow.
