On April 5, 2018 the Technologies of the Future company announced system implementation of queue management of NeuroniQ in Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in Veliky Novgorod.

The installed system on 6 jobs will help to organize a flow of visitors of a state institution so that to reduce waiting time and as result to raise a customer loyalty.

Caring for service quality, NeuroniQ developers created a possibility of feedback from visitors, using the special module of quality evaluation. The QUALITY NeuroniQ system will allow each visitor to express the opinion on results of a visit in the form of the overall ball assessment well/badly. Such approach will help to create general idea about satisfaction with service, and proceeding from data retrieveds to increase customer focus in the organization.

On December 18, 2017 the Technologies of the Future company announced system implementation of queue management of NeuroniQ in Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.

The management of the Social Insurance Fund actively promotes the idea of creation of uniform digital social space and development of the principle of public-private partnership. Installation of an intelligent system of NeuroniQ in the Udmurt Fonda, became one of stages of implementation of socially significant projects on implementation of electronic technologies in Social insurance funds.

Department of the Social Insurance Fund in the city of Izhevsk (2017)

Now department of the Social Insurance Fund in the city of Izhevsk locates an electronic queue on 9 jobs. By means of the floor terminal installed in the hall of the building, visitors can activate prerecording or select necessary service, receive the coupon with sequence number and wait for the call which will be reflected in the monitor screen. Installation of the NeuroniQ systems in public institutions allows to create optimum convenient system for the organization of internal work. Such solution allows not only to create comfort of waiting for visitors, but also provides extensive functionality on collecting and visualization of statistics, quality evaluation of service, consolidation in the uniform center of all data in case of need to centralization.

Contributing to the development of the principle of public-private partnership the Technologies of the Future company already provided visitors of social insurance funds with an opportunity to use a convenient service of an electronic queue in several regions of Russia.
