Schneider Electric Realift Rod Pump Control is a management system for rod deep pumps.

On December 19, 2017 the Schneider Electric company announced global start of the advanced intelligent controller solution Realift Rod Pump Control for the systems of pumping and compressor production.

The technology is intended for the operating and set oil wells as independent controllers of petrorocking chairs or integration into system operation of the oil field in enterprise scales.

Realift Rod Pump Control can increase efficiency, reduce mechanical wear and cut down operating costs by means of advanced management of production.

A system performs the automated monitoring and tuning of operation parameters of wells in real time during active operation. It it helps to reveal potential problems in advance and as much as possible to level effect of their emergence. Among them - break of pumping bars, blow of a plunger of the pump to liquid and gas traffic jams.

Using technologies of management Realift operators can:

• optimize reliability and energy efficiency of the equipment thanks to automatic switching of the controller to work in the modes on the timer, a torsional moment, in the superficial or borehole modes;
• provide the maximum regeneration of liquid with automatic adjustment on change of operating conditions of the well;

• get access to the vital data on pumps, engines, cards of dynamometers and trends in real time.

Field devices, controllers and tools for obtaining the complete information about transactions on the field in real time allow to integrate solutions on control of the rod pumps Realift Rod Pump Control.
