Euroset started service of remote veterinary consultations

In December, 2017 the Euroset company announced service of remote consultations of veterinarians. Vetekspert LLC acted as the partner of retailer in service.

In salons of Euroset of Moscow and area of the Moscow region and also in Kazan, Ufa, Samara, Saratov, Orenburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Izhevsk the insurance cards allowing to get the round-the-clock advice on treatment, the contents, feeding, transportation of pets, etc. are on sale. The owner of a pet can contact the veterinarian by phone, through a personal account on the website of Vetekspert, the Telegram messenger, a chat in community in VKontakte. Video conference through mobile application for Android is also possible.

Each client Vetekspert has a personal online office in which cards of pets and all history of addresses, including records of telephone consultations are stored. Thanks to these data possibilities of the targeted help extend and consultations proceeding from the history of the state of health of an animal are provided, the press release says.

Not in all cities and areas there are round-the-clock veterinary clinics. Besides it is sometimes easier to use consultation far off, than to conduct a pet in a vetklinik.
