2017: "VGS group" closed the deal on acquisition of business of ISNEXT

At the end of 2017 VGS Group completed process on acquisition of the largest Russian online of the retailer of auto parts and autocomponents working under the ISNEXT brand. Purchase of business will allow the VGS group not only to increase the potential of own system of railway logistics, but also to restart the large-scale federal project, having ensured regular customers of ISNEXT smooth operation of service and accomplishment of obligations to partners.

During negotiations of the party decided on an operating procedure of new operational structure of ISNEXT, transition to which will be completely performed by February 1, 2018. By this moment delivery agreements will be renewed and warehouse stocks of auto parts are updated, the flexible system of pricing and discounts will be implemented, the most convenient and functional service at the guaranteed preserving of a status of their accounts in a personal account will be offered clients of the company.

As a result of the transaction the VGS Group purchases business of the retailer, including 103 shops and points of issue of goods through the whole country, the system of the online trade numbering more than 600 thousand active users and also the innovation warehouse terminal in the Moscow region with a total area of 17,000 sq.m.
