The cloud service of SpRecord allows to store and process a call recording from all devices in one place. Each audiofile is automatically copied in a cloud at the end of the conversation at once. Mobile phones (on Android OS), analog, digital and IP phones, applications for Internet communication (Skype), radio station, microphones can act as a source of record.

Special mobile application for smartphones on Android OS allows to control mobile employees effectively: the couriers, managers working in business trips and at departures, the consultants working far off from the house within the general telephone system.

Audio recordings are easily transferred to a text form using a speech sensing technology that considerably simplifies search of the necessary conversations, quality evaluation of service and permission of disputable situations.

2017: Compatibility with automatic telephone exchange of Panasonic

Panasonic and Sarapulsky Systems tested and confirmed compatibility of a cloud service for record and storage of telephone conversations of SpRecord with corporate telecommunication systems based on office automatic telephone exchanges of Panasonic. The joint solution will be to interestingly financial, service, telemarketing and logistic companies, call centers and other organizations whose activity is connected with a large number of telephone negotiations with customers, partners, field and removed personnel.

The vast majority of modern office automatic telephone exchanges of Panasonic already has the built-in functionality for record and processing of telephone conversations. However use of a cloud service of SpRecord expands these opportunities.

Among the major advantages of a system there is easy and secure access for listening and the analysis of records in the machine, at home, from any device connected to the Internet. All data are transferred on the password-protected SSL connection, access to the account by the password. At the same time access to a cloud service is got only by the authorized persons, for the purpose of unauthorized removal of records employees have the company of no physical access to the server.
