Connection to "Industry solutions of 1C via the Internet"

On December 22, 2017 1C Company brought into commercial operation the application "1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities" in "Industry Solutions of 1C Via the Internet" service. Service allows to work far off with industry solution "1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities" without additional costs on deployment of own IT infrastructure. Earlier within 2 years trial operation of this service within a pilot project during which a number of users and partners already conducted in it real work was carried out. The pilot project attracted great interest of partners and clients of 1C Company, more than 1000 users got acquainted with service during this time.

Connection of clients to an Internet-application "1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities" in "Industry Solutions of 1C Via the Internet" service

Connection to service of the subscriber which has a current agreement 1C:ITS and active service 1C:ITS Industry for a product "1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities".

For the license users having the agreement 1C:ITS and also active service 1C:ITS Industry for a product "1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities" which want to pass to work "in a cloud", the possibility of transition without additional payment and renewal of agreements before the termination of the duration of the agreement 1C:ITS and 1C:ITS Industry service is provided.

Example 1: The client has "1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities", the agreement 1C:ITS of the PROF level for 12 months and active service 1C:ITS Industry for 6 months. In 3 months the client decides to stop working with the local application and to begin work in service. Example 2: The client has license delivery "1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities", has no current agreement 1C:ITS and active service 1C:ITS Industry for this product and decides to begin work on model of service. In this case it also selects to itself(himself) the servicing organization and addresses it. The servicing organization activates for it ITS Industry Basic service, if necessary –; helps with transfer of base in service. To the client there is a maintenance in the volume provided by ITS Industry Basic service.

Example 3: The client has no license delivery "1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities" also decides to begin work with a product "1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities" on model of service.

In this case it purchases the 1C:ITS Industry Basic for the selected period independently or through the partner. Further, he selects the servicing organization which connects it to service.

Example 4: The client worked in service during the pilot period at a paid basis. It has one user, there is an activated ITS Industry for 6 months and his validity period comes to an end 1/31/2018. The price of 1C:ITS Industry Basic service for 6 months per 1 day – 3,150 / (6*30) = 17.5 rub I.e. proceeding from the price for the 1C:ITS Industry Basic at the client remains not used 1,470/17.5 = 84 days. Respectively, the term of use of service at the client will end through 84-42 = 42 days after 1/31/2018, i.e. 3/14/2018.

1C: Calculation of a rent and accounting of housing and public utilities (edition 3.0) - the software product automating calculation of charges for a rent, utilities and also accounting and tax accounting of the housing-and-municipal industry by the enterprises. The partner can add functionality of the application according to features and business needs of the users by adding of expansions of a configuration, processings and reports.

to heads, entrepreneurs, managers and employees of accounting services - to work with programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system via the Internet from any place in the world, at any time;

• organize simultaneous operation in information base of different remote divisions / offices of the company;
• simplify work of the accountants and outsourcers servicing several organizations (for example, working at home);
• if necessary it is easy to provide access to the information base to the external auditor or the consultant.

Important advantage of the modern version of a technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8 is that it allows to create application solutions of "dual purpose" - the same configuration equally works and equally looks for the user irrespective of, it is started on the local computer or in an Internet browser window, it can be applied and as a normal drawing product ("from a box"), and in the mode of "cloud" service.

The user has an opportunity to work as to him it is more convenient and more profitable:

• purchase licenses ("shrink-wrapped software product") and install a system on the computer or develop in the local area network;
