RB Group implemented the system of electronic archive "Etla"

On December 19, 2017 the Atlas Soft company announced Etla system implementation in RB Group Joint-stock Company. Set the task of formation of full-fledged archive of a card file of the inventory items (II). At the time of adoption of this solution the card file was stored in a tabular style in 1C.

In implementation process of the project specialists of Atlas Soft created the mechanism which automatically imports data from the existing card file of Inventories to new archive and creates its structure, fills cards of documents on each product. Also the automatic binding of the specification of a product to a product card was made.

In a work progress in electronic archive it was imported to 277 files of lists of the Inventories specifications and for each product the card with automatically filled fields was created. For updating of data was created the script of check of the relevance kept in electronic archive of a card file of Inventories, which:

  • Addresses the file of unloading from 1C of the Inventories list (in XML a format) from the predeterminated clip book on the server on which the server of electronic archive "Etla" is installed.
  • Broadcasts 1C XML a format in the internal XML format of "Etla".
  • Checks existence in a card file of archive of the TMTs corresponding cards. As criterion of compliance coincidence on field value "The nomenclature unified" is used.
  • Creates the resulting unloading of the list of the objects which are present at unloading of 1C and absent in electronic archive and also unloading of attendees in archive and absent in unloading of 1C.

As a result of system implementation the electronic archive of a card file of inventory items which automatically updates data with a card file from 1C was created, thereby considerably simplifying search and control over products.
